Introduced in July 2010, the iMac (Mid 2010) models represented essentially incremental updates to the previous iMac (Late 2009) line. The iMac (Mid 2010) was available in four configurations: 21.5"/i3 3.06 GHz processor/4 GB RAM/500 GB HD/256 MB VRAM/$1199 U.S., 21.5"/i3 3.2 GHz processor/4 GB RAM/1 TB HD/512 MB VRAM/$1499 U.S., 27"/i3 3.2 GHz processor/4 GB RAM/1 TB HD/512 MB VRAM/$1699 U.S., 27"/i5 2.8 GHz processor/4 GB RAM/1 TB HD/1 GB VRAM/$1999 U.S. Custom order options included up to 16 GB of RAM, Core i5 processors at 3.6 GHz or quad-core Core i7 at 2.93 GHz, a 2 TB hard drive, and a 256 GB SSD unit.
